Bluehost has perhaps the best server integrity and reliability of any web hosting provider out there. Because they build all of their own servers Bluehost is intimately aware of any potential issues which allows their system admins to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to the maintenance of their servers. We have not heard of any major issues from any clients regarding the servers.

As expected when you put in the investment to customize your own data center and build your own servers so that they fit snuggly within the customization of that data center you are going to find a better fit than you would at most web hosts who merely rent the rack space and either lease or purchase off the shelf hardware. Our test account have found little to no issues with Uptime at Bluehost.

Excellent is the only word that comes to mind when you think about Bluehost customer service. Other words like; friendly, knowledgeable, quick also describe what happens when you call chat or email them for assistance.
